Isn't this clause only applicable for people working only at clients physical location , Is this applicable for people who work at consulting comapnies physical location too?

I'm in same situation. When I talked to my attorney, he told that it will not be a probelem. If required we can INVOKE AC-21 durning the adjustment process. Worst case u need to relocate for min 6 month after u get GC. Everything depends how you attorney handles the case. Anyway GC is future option.
Don't worry about too much :). If that's the case no desi consulatnt will not be able to get GC.First file I-485 and after 180 days invoke AC-21 and make sure inform USCIS whenever u change ur address.

defination says that if you have incurred attorney expenses to defend yourself against Govt or any kind of discrimination then you can deduct your attorney expenses....!!!!!
I think it will be considered as personal expenses .... hence non deductible ...

Guess what happened, now? I just lost my current job yesterday. (I'm EB3-ROW and my PD is may 2006, I-140 approved last year and i485 is pending more than 15 months). I'm just in a fix now. My wife is working on her EAD she she is pregnant and have to stop working soon. I also have my EAD but renewed my H1b last month as my i-485 is pending.
AS i lost my job now....what is my status? I'm scared guys. within how many days do i have to find a job? Is there any time limit or i can take as long as i want. My employer told me that is id going to continue my application. Does he have any control about my application? What's the worst he can do now? What should i do now?
PLease send me some advice people.........also i'm ready to move anywhere for my job now. anybody have anything in their contact.....i really appreciate that help...

What do you mean by automatic visa revalidation for Tourist Visa Holders? There are some facility for visitors with single entry visa (google it for details)
Otherwise it takes care of H1B/H4, F and J class of visas. Countries, which can be visited differs for H and F. Also nationals of certain countries can't get this benefit. This link can give some idea for F/J:

All dates Should retrogress except for EB3-I as there was little movement for that. Even EB3-I could retrogress.

FYI...
Checked my bank account and the AOS, biometrics and EAD checks have cleared. Filed on June 30th and received at USCIS on July 2nd. The receipt numbers are on the back of the check.

Apply for your PERM .
my 2 cents:
as long as your labour is certified and I140 FILED. you should get an extension of 7th year. I think for this you have sufficient time.

Hey guys anybody had an idea on the timeframe for I290B, In my case, USCIS asked for medical exams, we sent them, later they denied my i485 saying they never received them. What time frame am I looking at? Thanks in advance!

I received an email from USCIS stating my case status to be "DENIAL NOTICE SENT".
It says,
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Denial Notice Sent
On January 18, 2008, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 30 days of the January 18, 2008, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
Does anybody knowswhat is this regarding and why now, as EB2 quota is not available right now and my PD is May 2006. I also received my EAD in August 2007, and I-140 was in process. Dont know what going on. Did anybody else get the same thing?

I re submitted my application with a covering letter (template given below) explaining the evidence provided at the time of original filing. In fact, I placed 2 copies of covering letter - one inside the envelope along with the returned documents and the other one pasted outside the envelope. Also, wrote “DO NOT OPEN IN THE MAIL ROOM” on the envelope. Do not forget to print the covering letter in bright color paper.

This is indeed a sad story and at the same time an excellent example of the absurdity of US Immigration rules. To not be sympathetic to legal, US educated, tax paying immigrants and then simply allow illegals to usurp social services and now, apparently, pay a fine and be all good is ridiculous.
Just fix up your grammar and perhaps leave out being partial to the Democrats (because realize who you are dealing with).

Hey, I never said it wasn't true, I just stated what it looked like to me. I do know that before Photoshop people did art pixel by pixel. And I am sure if I owned a computer for more than the 4 years that I have that I would have tried it out myself.
His work is amazing and he deserves credit for doing that pixel by pixel. Don't forget, many game designers still do pixel by pixel drawings and animations so I know it isn't impossible. I personally don't have the patience to do works like that pixel by pixel, it would drive me nuts.
As for my personal taste, I prefer the blocky look. That is just me though, maybe it is because I grew up playing with Legos or something. Both types of pixel art deserve proper respect though.
