I have a question, for my fresh petition 2010 will it be subject to the H1B CAP??
There are many diferent opinions, i too understood that renewals and extensions wont be subject to cap. But there is no clear statement on my scenario.

Hello immi2006,
Were your collegues EB-2 classification with old PDs from the DoL's backlog centres?
I see some of the EB-2 indian nationals with old PDs received approvals so that USCIS can process their I-485.
If you are EB-3 then you might want to wait until Dec 2007.

Another great design, but the text seems a bit off with the design. For the most part, in a stamp, the text should be the consistent, dull part. In my view, it doesn't look nice when italicized or stylized excessively.

While you could have two H1B with two different employers, it is logically impossible for both to be full-time positions. So logically, you could have one full-time position and one part-time position or both as part-time positions. In either case you I-129 will have to be amended to show that you are in part-time position with the employer.

Currently working with Company A, where I have I-140 approved. The employer is willing to file I-485. Also have a better offer with Company B, and have H1B approved. Is it possible for me to take leave from company A (using my PTO) and joint company B, keeping both jobs on H1B status?
As my H1B is valid with 2 companies, and both are for full time positions. Is it okay for me to be actively employed with both companies at the same time for 2 or 3 months? Do I violate any H1B regulation, that may cause denial of I-485 at later stage?

I would like to get your opinion on current situation.
Education: MS(Ind Engg), 5+ yrs exp.
I have priority date of Oct -2007(applied for labor under EB3). Got approved I-140 in Feb 2008( EB3 category). I got promoted to next level so requested to apply for labor once again in EB2 category in Feb 2009 and got approved labor in Feb 2010.
Is there a provision to amend labor and include previously approved I-140? Or Do I have to apply I-140 once again? and my priority date would be Feb 2009?

Are there any rules that you need to leave a country during 30 days after your H1-B got approved. Almost all my friends needed but my lawyer said that I don't need to. I am confused what if he makes a mistake.

Shouldn't take more than a month in most cases. Of course there are excpetions.

As long as your Advance parole is not expired, you should be able to travel with it. If your Advance parole is going to expire around the time you are planning travel; you should renew your advance parole.
As far as I can see, yours is a straight forward case.

Can someone please help me below question
I got my finger prints and Advance Payrol receipt numbers from USCIS but not I765(EAD). I called USCIS about EAD receipt nbr but they said "System not yet generated I-765 receipt nbr". My attorny and employer not responding abt EAD receipt numbers and someware I have doubt they did not fill my EAD's as they know after getting EAD i can work for other employer which is 6 months from receipt date. Is their anyway I can track whether they filled my EAD form or not?
Also please advise is thier any alternative way I can fill EAD's.

Yes, the numbers are fixed. Therefore, those who filed in July and August, which were not given number from FY2007 will get from FY2008. And that would be too many for countries like India and China.

I had the same issue and I didn't write down the receipt number and USCIS customer support wasn't helpful to get the number. Now I am stuck and can send the support document only after receiving notification mail.

I like the colors, and the silhouetted person. Personally, I think cropping out a lot of the top (roughly the upper 1/2 of the picture) would make it more interesting. This would also give it a panorama-like appearance.
