Dear Attorney,
I was hoping you could help or answer this question.
My GC was approved last month after a very long wait time. Currently I am working for company B on EAD (not the GC filing employer). The question I had was can I continue to work for company B on a part time basis and join company A (GC filling employer).
Company A has a 9 month probation period I am worried if i quiet company B and company A fire me later then I will be with out job.
So I can work for company A (GC filing employer) full time and at the same time work part time with company B.
So this way if company A does fire me during probation period I continue with company B on full time basis.
Is this ok will it come to haunt me when I file for citizenship?

I wonder what Dilip was doing when he was laid off. An H1 holder is out of status the moment he/she is laid off. So, our brightest Dilip was out of status (aka illegal) during the period he was laid off.
As is said -- illegals have a better chance to get GC then those trying to be legal.

The most important thing from Murthy's letter is that USCIS has started preadjudicating 485 which simply means that there are ton of people stuck in this mess who are waiting to be approved... a handful of visas is nothing...lets all unite and work towards recapture.

You also know what I am stating. You already have heard the word"Pre-adjudication" which means "To assign number" based on monthly bulletin based EB table dates and then put a file on shelf to eat dust till USCIS can "approve 485" /"Send Physical greencard" based on Prority date becomes active based on "country specific limit"
If assigning number is almost equivalent to granting visa in a few days then there should not be hundreds of applicants waiting in "pre-adjudication" queue. We all know that many people have been pre-adjudicated and now they are just waiting for their physical GCs.

I did read that part and hence my question was if I am in the fourth/fifth year of my CA PR when I decide to go to CA, will I be allowed at least in the country.
Another question was if I am in my 4th/5th year and know that it might take me another year before I go to CA, can I apply for CA PR again, even when I already have my CA PR OR if I apply for my CA PR immediately after my current CA PR expires, would I get it again (assuming I have the necessary points)

Be honest, I don't know the real answers. You should find a lawyer to discuss this. I just share my thoughts. For your first question. I guess you should have no problem to enter Canada as long as your Maple card is still valid. However, I think when you renew your Maple card, you will have problem. For your second question. I think you can't re-apply PR as long as you still have the PR status. I think you may have to wait until your Maple card expires. I don't know the successful rate of re-applying PR. Enough point is one consideration, your intent to stay will be another consideration. I will be surprised if the immigration officer won't question you why you gave up the last PR status. You must prepare a good answer. Let me put in this way. Consider yourself is the immigration officer, will you question the applicant who gave up the status and re-applied again? Last advice. If you want to keep the PR, you should find a good lawyer to discuss the possibility of explaining to Canadian immigration why you need more time to move to Canada.

That was a symbolic example. I meant to say that in Canada Housing is just meant housing not the investment. Here in capitalist market housing is never been a housing alone , prime motto to have housing is investment. If we might be debating this 3 years back on this forum ( In booming Real Estate market, yep, US GC Process was sucker then too :) ) you would not have anything against US real estate market to argue about. And that's the point. Housing market here too has cycles and if you wait out patiently you would have appreciation in a scale that normal Canadian may have to dream about.
And that is the point. If lending industry seems to be loosely controlled to you in the USA then yes there are ways to deal with it. You have to learn them. In Canada, in your terms, so called "Good loans" has kept Canadian economy "Welfare economy" only. It is silly to quote corruption every time you discuss politicians. Show me any major politician of consequence who did not face corruption charges at some time or the other. It is always present in one form or the other since the beginning of politics. We are all watching what is happening with healthcare reform bill here and how powerfull insurance industry is influencing it's outcome.
And who is making these allegations? Surprise, opposition parties and some sections of media that are opposed to him.
His death is definitely a loss to the state. We need competition among politicians and that competition existed between YSR and Babu and I like both of them. Between the two, I think AP progressed overall.

You have made a good point. When you think about it, the lawyers are the only winners in the immigration mess.
I just heard from attorney there are lot of debate going on in AILA and they are trying to stop this memo from being implemented...they are the one going to lose more business then the body shops....
